Maintenance and support contracts
For our installations we only utilise high-quality materials and we're proud to guarantee the quality of our systems. Depending on your specific requirements, we can offer you a tailor-made support-contract. We would be pleased to discuss the possibilities with you.
The Helpdesk Contract is the most basic of the different kinds of service and breakdown contracts. If required, this Contract can be extended with an Exchange Parts Service and/or an Annual Preventative Maintenance. Finally, we have an extension with a Breakdown Contract, which is only available in combination with the Annual Preventative Maintenance.
Helpdesk Contract
Should you require telephone assistance you can always contact our helpdesk, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Via an automatic line connector and selection menu, you are put through to the right person in our organisation who is able to answer your question. If remote support is required, a direct (RDP) connection with the SC Access server is needed.
For more complicated questions, which would take up more time or which would require consultation, the HelpDesk employee may decide that you should be called back as quickly as possible. With this Contract you are assured of 6 hours free telephone and remote support per year.
Exchange Parts Service
Supplementary to the HelpDesk Contract you can also make use of our Exchange Parts Service. This means that if your equipment breaks down, a replacement for the faulty part will be sent the same day by post or courier. You only need to send the defective part to us and we will take care of repairs. Of course, only the repair costs will be charged to you. Thanks to our systems' plug and play principle it is extremely simple to replace faulty parts yourself.
If you would prefer one of our Service Engineers to fit the replacement part, then you will be charged an hourly rate and travel costs, at a reduced rate.
