SC Access
SC Access software
SC Solutions has developed the SC Access system (former ControllerPlus) to better regulate and control access to your Self Storage site. The high-quality industrial server guarantees an extremely high level of stability and continuity.
The SC Access software package controls the entire access control system: customer, unit and authorised entry details are stored here. The many settings available and the easily combined setting values such as Locations, Zones, Time Profile and Access Groups, ensure a flexible system with almost unlimited possibilities.
By registering and controlling visitor movements and visitor frequencies, SC Access offers a wealth of management information: it is also possible to generate and/or export reports to spreadsheet or word processing programmes. A link to our Camera Observation System enables all events to be retrieved and checked.
PIN Codes and Proximity labels
The keypads can be issued with a keyboard and/or proximity Card Reader as standard. These are fixed to a stainless steel plate, together with a display and a pinhole camera, if required. This your customers' first contact with the access control system. First impressions count and are often a decisive factor. That's why we expect our durable access control systems to be simple to operate and to do their work faultlessly.
These PIN Pads communicate with each other via electrical bus lines that can connect without problem across distances of up to 1500 metres. Also, the control units have input connections for such things as detection loops, and 2 separately operating outputs.
A stream-lined wall-mounted unit is available for mounting the PIN Pads. This unit is also made of stainless steel with a grey powder-coated finish.
SC Link
SC Link provides a link to a Management Information System (MIS). This prevents that customer details are inputted twice and, if desired, can ensure real-time entry or entry-refusal of customers. Depending on your MIS, such things as entry authorization, individual alarms and individual display texts can be included in the interface.
TCP/IP
The SQL database with SC Link is based on a TCP/IP connection. Through utilising questions and answers, it is possible to check and adapt data and settings, and generate reports, from each authorized PC in the network (LAN and WAN). All access usage and Boxwatcher® reports can also be reported automatically and in real-time. Since this is integrated within your MIS, knowledge of two different systems is no longer necessary, because everything is organised and reported from the MIS.
SC Graphics
SC Graphics operates from the same TCP/IP connection. This makes it possible to view the current situation and status of the site's units, from any desired location. Also, if an individual alarm is activated, this is immediately visible on the graphic display.
Boxwatcher®
With Boxwatcher®, it is possible to secure your boxes individually using PIR (Passive Infrared) or magnet contacts. These personal box alarms are deactivated whenever a customer accesses the system with his access code/pass. Security with PIR is realised by the state of the art Boxwatcher® system.
Column
Where PIN/Control Pad access is required from a car driving seat, a Multi-column can also be secured. The PIN Pad is mounted flush to the front plate of this column, minimising the likelihood of collision damage to the PIN Pad.
In addition to the PIN Pad, the column also has sufficient space for additional items such as an intercom. To guarantee quality and durability, this multi-functional column's casing is also from stainless steel, with RAL 3000 powder-coated finish. A pre-fabricated concrete foundation is also available, ensuring easy installation of the column.
