You would like to be accessible for both new as well as existing customers but, unfortunately, you can't be everywhere the same time. Communication is important and the solution is often effective and simple.
Communications system
The Communications System has a telephone interface, to which several intercoms can be accessed at the touch of a button. If the call is answered, your pre-recorded message will be played, so that it is clear from which location the call originates.
The telephone interface has memory space for 8 programmable telephone numbers. A series of numbers can be programmed per intercom: if the first number is engaged, or isn't answered, the telephone interface will automatically call the next number in the series.
By pressing the "#" button on the telephone during the connection, the door, barrier or gate can be opened for the customer.
Boxwatcher®
Furthermore, one or more of the Boxwatcher's® alarm phases can be individually connected to this telephone interface. The programmed telephone numbers will then be automatically called and information given via a pre-recorded message.
